State Minister for Land and Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs Mir Mohammad Helal Uddin inspected ‘Bhoomi Bhaban’ at Sat Rasta intersection in Tejgaon in the capital on Wednesday (April 1, 2026). During this time, he directly witnessed the service provision activities of citizens at Bhoomi Bhaban.
During the inspection, the State Minister visited various branches of Bhoomi Bhaban and observed how citizens are receiving services through digital and manual methods. In particular, he spoke directly with the service seekers who came to collect S.A. Khatian, R.S. Khatian, Namzari Khatian and Mouza Map. The State Minister inquired in detail from them about the quality of service and whether they were experiencing any kind of suffering.
Addressing the service recipients present, State Minister Mir Helal Uddin said that establishing a modern land management system and ensuring people-friendly land services by ensuring transparency and accountability through the proper use of technology is one of the priorities of the current government. He instructed the concerned officials to ensure that the common people do not face harassment while getting land-related services and get the desired services at the earliest.
The State Minister was accompanied by his private secretary and senior officials of the Land Building.
