Pakistan’s Planning Minister meets newly elected Prime Minister

After attending the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Pakistan’s Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal Chowdhury paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.

The meeting discussed strengthening trade, investment, education and regional cooperation. Both sides expressed their determination to take the relationship forward on the basis of mutual respect and constructive engagement.
