A huge election rally was held in support of Jamaat-e-Islami nominated MP Hafez Haji Md. Enayet Ullah from Dhaka-7 constituency. The rally was held at Alia Madrasa ground in Bakshibazar on Sunday (January 25).

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman was present as the chief guest at the rally.

Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Chairman Dr. was present as the special guest at the rally held under the chairmanship of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka Metropolitan South Working Committee Member and Dhaka-7 Constituency Committee Director Abdur Rahman. Col. (Retd.) Oli Ahmed Bir Bikram, Assistant Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Maulana Abdul Halim, Central President of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir Nurul Islam Saddam, Chairman of Labor Party Mostafizur Rahman Iran, Vice President of National Democratic Party Engineer Rashed Pradhan, DUCSU VP and Central Publication Secretary of Islami Chhatra Shibir Sadiq Kayem.




Among the invited guests who spoke were Abdus Sabur Fakir, Central Majlish-e-Shura member of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and Nayeb-e-Ameer of Dhaka Metropolitan South, DUCSU Transport Secretary Asif Abdullah, NCP leader Tarek Adel, Maulana Abu Hanif of Bangladesh Khelafat Majlish, Former Director of FBCCI Abdus Salam, Assistant Director of Dhaka-7 Constituency Committee Principal Ahsanullah, Member Secretary of Constituency Committee Dr. Shamimul Bari, Chawkbazar South Police Station Ameer Maulana Anisur Rahman, Kamrangirchar Police Station Ameer Md. Baki Billah and other leaders.
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Lalbagh West Police Station Ameer Abdul Wahab moderated the public meeting. Also present were Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Central Executive Council Member Maulana Abdur Rab, Central Working Committee Member and Nayeb-e Ameer of Dhaka Metropolitan South Advocate Dr. Helal Uddin, Central Majlish-e-Shura Member and Assistant Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan South Muhammad Shamsur Rahman.
In addition, the public meeting was attended by the central and metropolitan leaders, all police station and divisional responsible leaders of Dhaka-7 constituency, and leaders and activists of various levels of the 11-party unity alliance.
