Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to Bangladesh, Lulzim Plana, paid a courtesy call on the Press Club office at the invitation of the General Secretary of the National Press Club, Mr. Ayub Bhuiyan. During this time, sincere and cordial discussions were held between the two sides.
During the meeting, Ambassador Plana outlined the historical context of Kosovo’s independence and mentioned the sacrifices and struggle of the people of Kosovo for independence. He said that the difficult times that the nation of Kosovo went through on the path to independence have become the foundation of their national progress today.
The meeting also discussed the possibility of increasing cooperation between the media of Kosovo and Bangladesh. Both Ambassador Plana and General Secretary Ayub Bhuiyan expressed interest in increasing information exchange, training and media cooperation between the news agencies of the two countries.
