NSDA initiates formulation of standardized assessment tools for 15 occupations

The National Skill Development Authority (NSDA) organized a ‘Workshop on Formulation of Standardized and Timely Assessment Tools’ on Tuesday (November 18, 2025). The program was inaugurated by NSDA Executive Chairman (Secretary) Dr. Nazneen Kausar Chowdhury. The program was presided over by Member (Coordination and Assessment) and Joint Secretary Mina Masud Uzzaman.

Updated, standardized and international standard-compliant assessment tools for 15 occupations were reviewed and formulated in the workshop. Experienced resource persons, experts and professionals from the relevant fields participated in it. The concerned parties hope that the workshop will pave the way for making the country’s skill assessment system more modern, transparent and internationally acceptable.

NSDA Member (Planning and Efficiency) and Additional Secretary Md. Rabiul Islam, ndc; Member (Administration and Finance) and Joint Secretary Md. Johar Ali, along with other senior officials and representatives of NSDA were present at the inaugural session.
