ICB Capital Management Limited Celebrates “Customer Service Day 2025”

ICB Capital Management Limited (ICML) is celebrating “Customer Service Day 2025” from October 19 to November 2, 2025 on the occasion of “Youth Festival 2025”. On this occasion, the inaugural ceremony of the service day program was held at 9 am at the head office and 9 branch offices of the company.

Professor Abu Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICB, was present as the chief guest at the event. Mr. Niranjan Chandra Debnath, Managing Director of ICB and Chairman of ICML, Mr. Nurul Huda, Deputy Managing Director of ICB, Mrs. Majeda Khatun, CEO of ICML, Mrs. Mahmuda Akhter, CEO of IMCL, and Mr. Md. Mofizur Rahman, CEO of ISTCL were present as special guests.

Also present at the event were Deputy Secretary of the Financial Institutions Department, Mr. Mohammad Atul Mandal, General Manager of ICB, senior officials, officials of ICML’s head office, investors and entrepreneurs of various levels.

The speakers at the inaugural event said that the main goal of ICML is to transform the country’s capital market into a stronger and investment-friendly environment by improving the quality of customer service. They expressed hope that the “Customer Service Side” program will play an important role in establishing closer relations with investors, as well as improving the quality of service and increasing financial awareness.
