Student Talent Shines as Emerald International School (EISD) Marks Inaugural Arabic Week

Emerald International School Dhaka (EISD) held a vibrant celebration of its inaugural Arabic Week on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. The event, which took place from 11 a.m. onwards, was a resounding success, highlighting the beauty and importance of the Arabic language through student-led performances and the presence of three esteemed guests.

The occasion was graced by the attendance of distinguished guests who were warmly welcomed with floral bouquets by the management team led by the Chief Advisor of the school Mr. M M Ronok.

The guest of honor was Mr. Abdalfattah A A Khitresh, the Deputy of the Mission from the Libyan Embassy in Bangladesh. Engr. Md. Shajibul-Al-Rajib, Editor and Publisher of Business in Bangladesh and Mr. Imran Chowdhury, Managing Director of Chowdhury Leather and Company Limited were present as special guests.

The students demonstrated their mastery of the language by engaging in confident and fluent Arabic conversations, captivating the Emerald International School Dhaka audience and showcasing the effectiveness of their language program. Their performance was a testament to the school’s commitment to nurturing a new generation of confident Muslims ready to lead the world, and this event beautifully reflects EISD’s promise to building that generation.

Following the student presentations, the guests were invited to a complimentary lunch, where they had the opportunity to engage further with the school community.

The event was not only a celebration of culture and language but also a meaningful exchange of ideas between the academic and professional worlds, and a day dedicated to kindness and humanitarian values.
