World Bank South Asia Vice President meets Planning Advisor on Bangladesh’s economic and development reforms

World Bank Vice President for South Asia Johannes Jutt met with Bangladesh’s Honorable Planning Advisor Dr. Wahiduddin Mahmud in a key meeting on Monday (July 14). The meeting held strategic discussions on economic and development reform priorities in Bangladesh.

The discussions focused on financial sector reforms, institutional capacity building, and long-term economic planning. Both sides emphasized the need for effective policy implementation to ensure sustainable development and inclusive growth.
