US Ambassador to Dhaka Brent T. Christensen held his first meeting with Information and Broadcasting Minister Andalib Rahman on Wednesday (September 16, 2026).
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ensuring freedom of expression. They also deliberated on the growing challenges associated with combating fake news and cybercrime, as well as potential avenues for mutual cooperation in these areas.
