Mr. Sheikhnur Mohamed Hossain, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia to Islamabad, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Md. Abdur Rahim Khan, Administrator of the FBCCI, at the FBCCI office in Motijheel, Dhaka, on Sunday (30 November 2025).

The meeting focused on priority areas for enhancing economic cooperation between Bangladesh and Somalia. Both sides expressed keen interest in expanding bilateral trade and investment, identifying high-potential sectors such as livestock, medical services, and the pharmaceutical industry for strategic collaboration.
