Pakistan High Commissioner to Bangladesh meets Speaker

On Wednesday (April 1, 2026), Pakistan High Commissioner Imran Haider met with Speaker of the Bangladesh National Parliament Hafiz Uddin Ahmed Bir Bikram, MP. The High Commissioner expressed deep grief and condolences on the death of the Speaker’s wife Dilara Hafiz.

During the meeting, both of them exchanged views on the ongoing global crisis and various important issues of their respective countries.

Deputy Speaker of the National Parliament Barrister Kaiser Kamal, MP, Deputy High Commissioner of Pakistan Mohammad Wasif and Secretary of the Parliament Secretariat were present at the event.
