The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank PLC has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.
A shareholder notice issued on the instructions of the bank’s board of directors stated that the bank’s 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was scheduled to be held on 20 August 2026 (Thursday) at 11 am. However, the meeting has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.
The notice further said that the revised date, time and venue of the AGM will be communicated to the shareholders in due course.
