Nepalese Ambassador to Bangladesh, Mr. Ghanshyam Bhandari, presented a paper titled ‘Contemporary Nepal: Foreign Policy, Security and Development Context and Nepal-Bangladesh Relations’ to the participants of the 2025 course held at the National Defense College (NDC), Dhaka on Monday (July 21) morning.
In his speech, the Ambassador highlighted the evolution of Nepal’s foreign policy, policy vision and current diplomatic priorities. He also discussed Nepal’s national security framework and highlighted the key priorities and initiatives behind the country’s social and economic transformation.
In the question and answer session held after the speech, the course participants asked the Ambassador various questions and the Ambassador answered them very sincerely.
