ICB Capital Management Holds Exchange Meeting with Startups on Capital Market Financing

ICB Capital Management Limited (ICML) organized an exchange meeting with startup companies to discuss opportunities and prospects of financing through the capital market. The event was held Tuesday (September 30, 2025) morning at 10:00 AM at the ICML head office in Dhaka.

The meeting was graced by Mr. Md. Nurul Huda, Deputy Managing Director of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB), as the chief guest, while Mr. Monzur Mohammad Shahriar, Project Director of the Digital Entrepreneurship and Ecosystem Development Project, attended as the special guest. The session was chaired by Mrs. Majeda Khatun, Chief Executive Officer of ICML.

Founders and co-founders of 30 promising startup companies across the country participated in the exchange. Discussions highlighted the potential of listing startups on the capital market, future action plans, and the need for policy support.

Guests and startup representatives expressed satisfaction with the fruitful dialogue, emphasizing that access to capital market financing would strengthen the startup ecosystem, unlock greater opportunities for entrepreneurs, and create a sustainable investment environment in Bangladesh.
