A fire broke out in a multi-storey building in Babubazar, Keraniganj, Dhaka early on Saturday (December 13, 2025). 14 units of the fire service are working to control the fire.
The fire service said that they received a report of the fire at 5:37 am. Fire service personnel reached the spot at 5:45 am. 42 people in the building were rescued and brought down safely through various staircases.
