Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines His Excellency Leo Titu L. Ausan Jr, paid a courtesy meeting with Engr. Md. Shajibul-Al-Rajib Chairman of FBCCI Standing Committee On Youth Entrepreneurship.
After a pleasant exchange, they discussed the development of relationship between the two countries, especially on the development of Tourism & Entrepreneurship in Different Sectors. The Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines His Excellency Leo Titu L. Ausan Jr, proposed to organize a big festival in Dhaka for branding Bangladesh. He thinks that this festival will be more effective for branding Bangladesh, if Bangladeshi rickshaw is prioritized as a Tourism Showcasing Product, because rickshaw and rickshaw paintings are included in UNESCO’s ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity’ listed as intangible heritage. By doing this, the whole world will know more about the tourism of Bangladesh and the young generation will get an opportunity to highlight the traditions and culture of this country. He also Emphasis for collaborating between two countries in Information Technology. His Excellency appreciated our present government’s initiative regarding engagement of Youth generation in Entrepreneurship. At the end of the discussion, He presented a book written by himself name “Sleepless in Dhaka & Other Poems” to Engr. Md. Shajibul-Al-Rajib.

He said that he wrote this book out of love for Bangladesh.
