Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Women’s Division delegation pays courtesy call on British High Commissioner Sarah Cook

A 9-member delegation led by Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Women’s Division Secretary Muhtarama Nurunnisa Siddique paid a courtesy call on British High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Ms. Sarah Cook, at the British High Commission on Monday (19 May 2025).

The discussion included detailed discussions on the ongoing activities of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Women’s Division, women’s involvement in social and humanitarian activities, and their constructive role at the community level.

The members of the delegation highlighted the role of Jamaat’s Women’s Division in women’s empowerment, education, and social welfare activities in Bangladesh.
