Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) and Priyo Inc. Sign MoU to Facilitate Cross-Border Payments

To further accelerate Bangladesh’s extensive outsourcing and ITES industry, Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with US-based company Priyo Inc. (Priyo Pay). The agreement brings special benefits to BACCO members to make international transactions easier, safer and more transparent.

The agreement was signed by BACCO Vice President Md. Tanjirul Baser and Priyo Inc. Chief Operating Officer (COO) Md. Shahriar Ferdous. This marks a strategic partnership between the two organizations, through which outsourcing and digital service providers in the country will be able to easily handle cross-border payments using the Priyo Pay platform.

Under the agreement, BACCO members will receive a free USD account for one year, no-fee ACH transfer fees, free issuance of up to ten business debit cards, and premium key account management services. These benefits will make member organizations’ financial transactions faster, more cost-effective, and hassle-free.

Both parties will promote these benefits to BACCO members through joint campaigns. Priyo Pay will also provide a special coupon code for member organizations to easily access the services.

This collaboration is part of BACCO’s ongoing efforts to connect local industry with international fintech solutions to strengthen the country’s BPO sector. The initiative is expected to play a significant role in enhancing the competitiveness, transparency, and sustainable growth of the outsourcing industry.
