Akij Motors hosted the Electric Vehicle and Mobility Business Summit.

The conference was held on Saturday (December 14) at Akij Center in Tejgaon, Dhaka.

FBCCI Administrator Hafizur Rahman was present as the chief guest at the event.

DU Marketing Department Chairman Professor Dr. ABM Shahidul Islam was present as the special guest.

Communication expert Professor Dr. Md. Shamsul Haque, Akij Motors CEO Sheikh Aminuddin and BRTA Director Shitangshu Shekhar Biswas were also present.

Akij Motors, one of the subsidiaries of Akij Group, started its journey in 2016 with the slogan of “Cars for Everyone”, using the world’s most advanced and advanced technology and international standard modern equipment, producing, assembling and assembling Bangladeshi weather-climate-friendly, fuel and maintenance-cost-effective, environment-friendly cars in its own factory, jointly with the skilled engineers of China’s famous motor company Sinotruck. (Sinotruck’s cars are exported to about 130 countries in the world). Which are being used most in personal, commercial and service.

Akij Motors has a huge operational capacity across the country, which is completed through 8 components (8 pillars) of the automobile world. One of the pillars is Electric Vehicles and Mobility. Akij Motors, using the latest and most modern technology in the world, has a fleet of low-cost, fuel-efficient, sustainable and environmentally friendly electric vehicles, including two-wheeled electric motorcycles, three-wheeled private cars, women’s and palliative cars (specially designed for people with special needs), electric rickshaws, delivery vans, four-wheeled private cars, ambulances, club cars, and 1-ton electric pickups. These sustainable and modern electric vehicles will add a new dimension to the transportation sector in Bangladesh, God willing. The electric motorcycles include the three-wheeled motorcycles of the following models: Vesal, Durbar, Durjoy, Duronto, Pankhiraj, Romeo and Bandhu.

The day-long conference was attended by businessmen related to the electric business from all districts of Bangladesh, high-ranking government and private officials, electric vehicle and automobile entrepreneurs, engineers and technologists, medical experts, population, health, education, women and children’s affairs, roads and communications, domestic and foreign policy makers. Electric motorcycles, electric cars and various products of Akij Motors were exhibited at the conference.
