The country’s largest technology-based outsourcing conference ‘BPO Summit Bangladesh 2025’ was officially inaugurated at 10 am on Saturday (June 21) at Sena Malanche in Dhaka.
Jointly organized by the Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO), the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Department and the Business Promotion Council, the theme of this summit is ‘BPO 2.0: Revolution to Innovation.’

Advisor to the Ministry of Industries, Housing and Public Works of the interim government, Adilur Rahman Khan, was present as the chief guest at the inauguration of the conference.
He said, ‘The BPO sector is now not just outsourcing, it is a symbol of human resource development and economic transformation. The government will continue to provide all-out support in the expansion of this sector.’
He also said, ‘The foundation of the digital economy must be strengthened by increasing the technology-based skills of the youth.’

The event was presided over by ICT Division Secretary Sheesh Haider Chowdhury. Fayez Ahmed Tayyab, Special Assistant to the Chief Advisor on Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, spoke as a special guest.
