NDC Course Delegation Visits FBCCI

A high-level delegation of the National Defense College (NDC) Course 2025 has visited the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI), the apex business organization. They came to visit FBCCI as part of the course curriculum.

On Thursday (April 10, 2025) morning, Rear Admiral AKM Zakir Hossain, NDC, AFWC, PSC, led high-level officials of the Bangladesh Armed Forces, Bangladesh Civil Service and armed forces of about 39 countries including India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Pakistan, China, Qatar, Kuwait, Kenya, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, etc., visited FBCCI’s Motijheel office.

The delegation was welcomed by FBCCI Administrator Md. Hafizur Rahman. Later, in a view-sharing meeting with the delegation, Md. Hafizur Rahman shed light on the ongoing activities of FBCCI and various post-LDC work plans. He also expressed hope that the smart members of the NDCC course will ensure the best use of their strength and intelligence to build a strong economy and maintain the socio-economic development, prosperity and stability of Bangladesh through the development of the private sector.

The view-sharing meeting was moderated by FBCCI Secretary General Md. Alamgir. The FBCCI Secretary General presented a presentation at the meeting and presented the structure, mission, vision and activities of FBCCI to the delegation.

Among others present were FBCCI Safety Council Advisor Brigadier General (Retd) Abu Naeem Md. Shahidullah, former FBCCI directors Md. Giasuddin Chowdhury (Khokon), Abdul Haque, Khandaker Ruhul Amin, General Council members Zakir Hossain Nayon, and Saida Akhtar.
