FBCCI’s Anti-Discrimination Reform Council Organizes Iftar Mahfil

The Anti-Discrimination Reform Council of the Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) organized a prayer and iftar mahfil at the Officers’ Club on Bailey Road on Saturday (March 8, 2025).

BNP Vice Chairman Barkat Ullah Bulu, FBCCI Anti-Discrimination Reform Council Convener Md. Zakir Hossain Nayan, Advisor Giasuddin Chowdhury, Social Secretary Md. Zakir Hossain and other leaders spoke at the pre-iftar discussion and prayer mahfil. Interim government’s Religious Affairs Advisor FM Khalid Hossain participated in the program. In addition, FBCCI representatives from various district and divisional chambers were present.

They promised to work together for the reform of the federation and demanded reform of discriminatory rules and voter list. The leaders pledged that no election will be held without federation reform.
