Newly appointed Ambassador of Kosovo Meets Bangladesh’s Foreign Adviser

H.E. Mr. Lulzim Pllana, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to Bangladesh, had his first official meeting with Hon’ble Foreign Adviser Md. Touhid Hossain at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday (29 January, 2025).

During the meeting, Ambassador Pllana expressed gratitude for Bangladesh’s support in recognizing Kosovo as an independent and sovereign state. He affirmed his commitment to further advancing bilateral cooperation in various sectors, including economic collaboration as well as educational and cultural exchanges.

The Hon’ble Foreign Adviser welcomed the Ambassador to Bangladesh and expressed satisfaction with the strong bilateral relations between the two nations. He emphasized the need to enhance collaboration in trade and economic sectors by promoting engagement and interactions between the two peoples.

The Hon’ble Foreign Adviser wished Ambassador Pllana success in his new role and assured him of the Government of Bangladesh’s support in fulfilling his duties and responsibilities.
