Pakistan and Bangladesh have deep historical and cultural ties, said Pakistan’s High Commissioner in Dhaka Imran Haider.
He made these remarks at an exceptional food festival organized in the capital Dhaka. Organized by the Pakistan High Commission, Dhaka, this festival showcases Pakistan’s rich and diverse culinary heritage.




A large number of guests from different walks of life, including the country’s diplomatic community, academicians, and media personnel, participated in the event. The participants expressed deep interest in Pakistani food and fashion products and welcomed such an event.
Speaking at the event, High Commissioner Imran Haider said that the presence of such a large number of people is very encouraging. He expressed hope that such people-to-people contacts would increase further in the future, further strengthening the bilateral relations between the two “brotherly countries”.
The festival saw the display of products by various renowned Pakistani fashion brands, which attracted a great response from the visitors. The day-long festival provided visitors with an opportunity to get acquainted with Pakistan’s rich food culture, vibrant traditions and modern fashion.
Diplomats and their family members present at the event also enjoyed the various events of the festival.
