Prime Minister Tarique Rahman departed from Dhaka by air on Wednesday (June 17, 2026) morning for a visit to Moulvibazar.
He started his journey from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka in the morning and reached Osmani International Airport in Sylhet. After landing there, he was welcomed by local political leaders and high-ranking government officials.
Later, the Prime Minister left for Srimangal upazila of Moulvibazar district by road. It is known that he has various programs in Srimangal upazila.
