Six leaders elected by the National Citizens Party (NCP) have taken oath as newly elected members of parliament.
Chief Election Commissioner AMM Nasir Uddin administered the oath to them at around 1:15 pm today, Tuesday (February 17, 2026).
At the same time, NCP MPs also took oath as members of the Constitution Reform Council.
NCP participated in this election as an alliance partner of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami.
