Malaysian High Commission expresses condolences on death of Begum Khaleda Zia

The Malaysian High Commission in Bangladesh has expressed deep shock and condolences on the death of former Bangladesh Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.

In a condolence message, the Malaysian government and people said that Begum Khaleda Zia was an influential and important figure in the political history of Bangladesh. Her leadership has deeply influenced the politics of modern Bangladesh and she has left a lasting legacy.

The condolence message further mentioned that Malaysia expresses its sincere condolences to the people of Bangladesh, as well as the Bangladeshi community living in Malaysia, during this time of mourning.

The Malaysian High Commission prayed for the peace of Begum Khaleda Zia’s departed soul, saying that her political contributions and legacy will be remembered by future generations.
