Corporate personality and women’s sports organizer Rubaba Daula has been appointed as the new director of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). The National Sports Council (NSC) confirmed her appointment in a letter sent to the BCB on Monday (November 3).
Rubaba Daula is being appointed as a director on the nomination of the NSC. She replaces M Isfaq Ahsan, who was nominated as a councilor in the recently held BCB elections.
Rubaba is currently the country director for Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan of multinational company Oracle. She previously worked at the top levels of telecom service providers Grameenphone and Airtel.
